Dr. Richard Troast, as Principal of Troast Environmental Consulting (TEC), offers scientifically-based opinions for litigation using peer-reviewed data to provide the jury or legislative group with an understanding of the key points that can influence the decision.  Dr. Troast can provide written reports, presentations using Power Point and other audio/visual means to demonstrate conclusively that the finding is based on environmental and toxicological data. TEC has established a strong relationship  with many attorneys in the US and Canada, and has provided critical analyses in  written and oral presentations which have supported the findings in favor of our clients.  TEC has developed a multi-case working relationships with several of its client attorneys.  TEC has a cadre of other experts that can be used to support assessments of data when needed.
